We are currently not accepting new patients.

My Neighborhood Doc uses a Direct Primary Care model to provide personalized, patient-centered medical care.

How it works

Direct Primary Care is a membership-based payment model in which patients pay a doctor a monthly membership fee directly for access to primary care and prevention services. My Neighborhood Doc provides those services in the comfort of your home.

No more waiting around at a doctor’s office with sick people. Because all appointments are home visits,  your comfort and convenience are maximized. Perfect for families with multiple children!

This means that they can spend more time with you when you need them. It also means that when they are not actively seeing a patient, they are able to coordinate your care and research the latest advances in treatments.

We do not accept insurance, so you won’t have a middleman in your primary care. Decisions about your healthcare will be made only by you and your doctor.  Our patients pay a monthly membership fee, like a gym.

Many medical concerns can be diagnosed and treated without going to an office. Our doctors utilize various forms of technology from a simple phone call or text, to email and video chats to give you the best care possible no matter where you are.

With My Neighborhood Doc, patients enjoy home visits, personal communication via phone, e-mail, and much more.

Below are our normal operating hours, we are available other times by arrangement.

Monday -Friday………… Appointments Only

Personalized care for patients by removing insurance companies from being the “middle man” in the care process.
